Welcome to TenDollarTrip.com. By booking, requesting, or using our transportation services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Service Overview

TenDollarTrip provides scheduled transportation services to customers within designated service areas. Availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change based on demand, weather, safety conditions, and operational capacity.

2. Pricing & Payment Policy

  • Payment must be completed and verified before the driver begins the trip.

  • Drivers are not authorized to begin transportation without confirmed payment.

  • Pricing varies based on membership status and availability.

  • Failure to pay may result in service refusal and account restriction.

3. No Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable.
By booking a ride, you agree that:

  • Completed trips are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • Canceled, missed, or unused rides are non-refundable.

  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, customer readiness, or external conditions do not qualify for refunds.

  • Service interruptions for safety reasons do not qualify for refunds.

Exceptions may only be granted at the sole discretion of TenDollarTrip management.

4. Membership Terms (If Applicable)

Membership provides access to preferred pricing, scheduling priority, and service benefits.
Membership fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable once charged.
TenDollarTrip reserves the right to modify membership benefits with notice.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Be ready at the scheduled pickup time

  • Provide accurate booking information

  • Treat drivers respectfully

  • Follow all safety instructions

  • Not engage in illegal, unsafe, or disruptive behavior

Failure to comply may result in service denial without refund.

6. Minors Using the Service

Any rider under 18 years of age must have permission from a parent or legally responsible adult to use this service.
By booking transportation for a minor, the responsible adult confirms:

  • The minor has permission to ride

  • The minor understands safety expectations

  • The adult accepts full responsibility for the minor’s use of the service

TenDollarTrip is not responsible for supervision beyond transportation services.

7. Weather & Safety Policy

Driver and passenger safety is the top priority.
Services may be delayed, rescheduled, or suspended due to:

  • Severe weather

  • Road hazards

  • Unsafe driving conditions

  • Emergency situations

No refunds are issued for safety-related service changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • TenDollarTrip and its owners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific ride.

  • TenDollarTrip is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

  • Customers assume normal risks associated with vehicle transportation.

9. Independent Drivers & Employment Status

TenDollarTrip may utilize employed drivers, contracted drivers, or authorized operators.
Customers agree that:

  • Drivers operate within company policy and safety standards

  • Service availability depends on driver capacity

  • The company reserves full operational control over assignments

10. Account Suspension or Termination

TenDollarTrip reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or terminate access for:

  • Non-payment

  • Abuse or harassment

  • Fraudulent bookings

  • Repeated cancellations or no-shows

  • Violation of these Terms

11. Changes to Terms

TenDollarTrip may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
