TenDollarTrip understands that having a job doesn't always mean having transportation money available today. WORKPASS gives approved members access to rides to and from work without paying for each ride upfront.

How WORKPASS Works

1. Apply
Complete the WORKPASS application and provide the required information, including valid identification and employment/income verification.

2. Get Approved
We'll review your application and verify that you have qualifying employment and a reliable source of income.

3. Pay $25 Per Week
Approved WORKPASS members pay a simple $25 weekly membership fee to maintain access to the program.

4. Get to Work
Once approved, you can use WORKPASS for qualifying transportation to and from your approved workplace without paying at the time of each ride.

5. Pay on Payday
Your ride balance is kept on your account while you work. When your paycheck arrives, your accumulated ride balance is due according to your WORKPASS agreement.

WORKPASS Rules

To protect the program and keep it available to hardworking customers:

  • WORKPASS is available only to approved applicants.

  • The $25 membership fee is paid weekly.

  • Rides must be for approved work-related transportation.

  • Rides outside the approved WORKPASS purpose are not eligible.

  • Employment and identity information must be accurate and verifiable.

  • Customers are responsible for their accumulated ride balance.

  • A valid payment method may be required.

  • Ride limits and eligibility requirements may apply.

  • Failure to pay an outstanding balance may result in suspension or termination of WORKPASS access.
