1. Service Overview
Ten Dollar Trip is a rideshare platform that connects riders with independent drivers who provide transportation services at affordable rates. We facilitate trip scheduling and payment but do not own, operate, or control the vehicles or drivers.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book or use our services. By booking a trip, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.
3. Booking Policy
All trips must be booked at least 24 hours in advance through our website or approved booking channels.
Same-day or on-demand bookings are not available.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off information. Ten Dollar Trip is not liable for missed trips due to incorrect details.
4. Payment and Pricing
All fares must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Prices are subject to change at any time prior to booking confirmation.
Promotional codes or discounts, if offered, may have separate terms and conditions.
5. No Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Trips are non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to customer cancellations, no-shows, or delays beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather, or mechanical issues).
If a driver fails to arrive, Ten Dollar Trip may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit toward a future trip.
6. Rider Responsibilities
Riders must be ready at the scheduled pickup time and location.
Drivers may wait up to 10 minutes before marking a trip as a no-show.
Smoking, illegal substances, and aggressive behavior are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
Riders are responsible for any damages they cause to vehicles.
7. Independent Drivers
Ten Dollar Trip acts solely as a technology and booking platform.
All drivers are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of Ten Dollar Trip.
We are not responsible for the conduct, actions, or omissions of any driver or third party.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Ten Dollar Trip, its owners, affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Service.
You acknowledge that transportation involves inherent risks and agree to release Ten Dollar Trip from any and all claims, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, delays, or losses.
Your sole remedy for any dissatisfaction with the Service is to discontinue its use.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ten Dollar Trip, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any laws or third-party rights.

Ten Dollar Trip reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
